The Director of Account Management/Sales Operations Manager is responsible for providing account management of all direct channel partners, overseeing sales operations support and technical support, executing marketing promotions and coordinating all marketing activities with the public relations and creative marketing firms. This position will be based in our Agoura Hills, CA office, reporting to the Chief Commercial & Operating Officer.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline plus 5-7 years hands-on experience in Account Management, Sales Operations, and Product or Channel Marketing. Experience in the high tech industry is highly preferred. Intermediate to advanced experience with SalesForce and Excel is required. Knowledge of, and experience with current media and marketing resources, tactics and strategies preferred. Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills are required. Should have proven ability to successfully interact with all levels of internal and external resources. Must be hands-on, flexible, have ability to work in a multi-faceted role, and meet deadlines with attention to detail and organization. Must have ability to travel when necessary.
