The Development Test Engineer – Tool Development is responsible for testing and qualifying the Nomadix software product line. The person in this role works closely with Quality Assurance, Software Engineering and Product Management to develop, implement, and maintain automated and manual procedures and tools in support of the software quality assurance processes at all stages of the product life-cycle. This full-time non-exempt position will be based in Agoura Hills, CA and will report to the Quality Assurance Team Lead.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, at least 3 years experience with Software QA automation development using industry standard technologies such as PERL, Python, TCL, JavaScript, or comparable language, and at least 3 years of experience in a Software Quality Assurance role. Must have a clear understanding of the software development life-cycle and Quality Assurance, and substantial working knowledge of the TCP/IP protocol suite, IP networks, and routing protocols. Should also have a working knowledge of database concepts, data schema, XML and XML-based languages. Experience with Java, C, C++, or other high-level languages is a plus. Must be positive and proactive with strong analytical and problem solving skills.

Network Software Engineer

The Network Software Engineer will work in a fast-paced team oriented environment using state-of-the-art tools. This position will be responsible for developing and supporting software for both the current and next generation of Nomadix broadband access products.

The individual in this dynamic role will actively participate in all facets of software development, including technical system and functional specification, detailed design, module architecture, coding, unit and desktop testing. The Network Software Engineer will design and develop networking software with C/C++ under VxWorks and/or Linux operating systems.

Sales Operations Manager

The Sales Operations Manager is responsible for providing account management of all direct channel partners, overseeing sales operations support and technical support, executing marketing promotions and coordinating all marketing activities with the public relations and creative marketing firms. This position will be based in our Agoura Hills, CA office, reporting to the Chief Commercial & Operating Officer.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline plus 5-7 years hands-on experience in Account Management, Sales Operations, and Product or Channel Marketing. Experience in the high tech industry is highly preferred. Intermediate to advanced experience with SalesForce and Excel is required. Knowledge of, and experience with current media and marketing resources, tactics and strategies preferred. Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills are required. Should have proven ability to successfully interact with all levels of internal and external resources. Must be hands-on, flexible, have ability to work in a multi-faceted role, and meet deadlines with attention to detail and organization. Must have ability to travel when necessary.


The Technical Manager is responsible for providing management and I.T. consulting services to facilitate the sale of Nomadix products to resellers, end-users and other customers in the Asia-Pacific geographic area. The Technical Manager will support Nomadix Sales personnel in their efforts to identify and meet customer needs. The person in this role acts as a product subject matter expert for the region.

This position is for a highly motivated individual contributor with no direct employee reports. This full-time independent contractor position will have a reporting relationship with our office in the western U.S. and will be home-based in APAC or may work from one of our sister company’s offices in the region. Candidate should have strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills in English and some Asian languages. The ideal candidate is a technical leader with a customer service orientation. Experience in the Hospitality sector is required.

Travel throughout the APAC region is required.
