Nomadix announces the new AG 2500 and NSE version 8.9
May 2, 2017 — Today Nomadix Inc. launched the AG 2500 access gateway –its newest high-performance solution that extends a wired or Wi-Fi network to create a visitor-based network (VBN). Designed for small-to-medium-sized venues, such as hotels with fewer than 150 rooms, the AG 2500 supports up to 500 simultaneous mobile devices. With the release of the new gateway comes the latest version of the NSE (Nomadix Service Engine); version 8.9 supports not only the AG 2500 but also the Nomadix AG 5800 and AG 5900 access gateways, which service larger properties.
Nomadix taps UC-Wireless as Distributor for Africa

Nomadix Announces New NSE 8.8 Software with Higher Throughput and Fiber Support
January 17, 2017 — Today Nomadix Inc. announced NSE (Nomadix Service Engine) version 8.8 for its AG 2400, AG 5800 and AG 5900 access gateways, which service internet connections for guests in hotels or anywhere there is a visitor-based network. Version 8.8 brings increased throughput performance and support for the new AG 5900 with a two-port Enhanced Small Form-Factor Pluggable (SFP+) 10G fiber module plug-in option. Nomadix and Blueprint RF Settle Internet Gateway Patent Litigation
June 14, 2016 — Nomadix, the innovator and pioneer of public access gateways, today announced that it has settled the patent infringement case brought by Nomadix against Blueprint RF before the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California. The settlement includes a royalty-bearing license to Blueprint RF under key portions of Nomadix's extensive patent portfolio in Internet access technologies. Terms of the agreement remain undisclosed.
Patent Trial and Appeal Board Dismisses Blueprint RF Petition
April 27, 2016 — The Patent Trial and Appeal Board (PTAB) today denied a petition for inter parties review filed by Hospitality Core Services LLC, d/b/a Blueprint RF (Blueprint RF), which challenged the validity of Nomadix's U.S. Patent No. 6,636,894 (the "'894 Patent"). The '894 Patent is one of several Nomadix patents relating to key technology for redirecting a user to a captive portal for authentication, billing or other functions.

Federal Court finds Blueprint RF's Dominion gateways infringe Nomadix internet-access patent
Feburary 2, 2016 — On summary judgment, Judge Dean D. Pregerson, U.S. District Court judge for the Central District of California, has ruled that Blueprint RF's Dominion gateways infringe Nomadix's U.S. Patent No. 8,156,246. This Nomadix patent protects key technology for redirecting user computers to captive portal pages. In the same ruling, Judge Pregerson upheld the validity of Nomadix's patents – rejecting all of the arguments that Blueprint RF crafted to challenge validity.
